Phlebotomus salehi Mesghali, 1965
Subgenus: Phlebotomus Rondani-Berte, 1840
Females of different species classified in Phlebotomus subgenus are distinguished from each other by different arrangement and shape of the pharyngeal teeth. P. salehi is distinguished from P. bergeroti, P. duboscqi, and P. papatasi by presence of coarse and condensed teeth located in one third middle of the pharyngeal armature.
